Eligibility

• Participation is open exclusively to creators residing in Gujarat.

• Participants must be Indian citizens.

• Students from colleges, universities, film and media institutes are eligible to participate.

• All participants must register online through the official website:

Submission Guidelines

• Submission window: 10th March 2026 – 29th March 2026 (11:59 PM IST)

• Entries must be submitted only through the official submission link.

• Late submissions will not be accepted.

• All registrations will be subject to review by the Saptrang Creators Fest team. After reviewing the submitted details, selected applicants will receive a confirmation of registration. Only approved participants will be allowed entry to the event.

• Please note that registration approval only confirms participation in the event and does not guarantee eligibility for any award. Award recipients will be selected separately by the official jury panel based on their content, profile, and evaluation criteria. The decision of the jury will be final.

Content Requirements

• The submitted content must be original and created by the participant.

• Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of third-party material will result in immediate disqualification.

• The participant will bear sole responsibility for any legal consequences arising from copyright or intellectual property violations.

• Content should not contain obscene, defamatory, anti-national, or unlawful material.

 

Jury & Selection Process

• Entries will be evaluated by an independent jury panel.

• Selected creators will be notified via official communication channels.

• The decision of the Jury shall be final and binding. No appeals will be entertained.

 

Rights & Usage

Saptrang Creators Community & Vishwa Samwad Kendra – Gujarat reserve the right to:

• Use, publish, reproduce, screen, distribute, or promote submitted content (in full or part).

• Showcase entries at events, festivals, digital platforms, or screenings in India or abroad.

• Use submitted material for promotional and archival purposes without additional compensation.

 

General Terms

• Organizers reserve the right to modify rules if required.

• Participation implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Information

Participants must ensure that all details provided in the registration form are accurate and complete.
Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

Social Media Verification

The submitted social media account must belong to the participant.
Organizers reserve the right to verify ownership of the account and follower count.

If any manipulation of followers, fake engagement, or paid bot activity is detected, the entry will be rejected.

 

Content Authenticity

The links submitted (Post/Reel/Shorts) must be publicly accessible at the time of evaluation.
Private or deleted content will not be considered.

 

Multiple Entries

Participants may submit entries in multiple categories (if allowed)

 

Data Usage & Privacy

The information provided in the registration form will be used solely for event management, communication, and promotional purposes.

 

Right to Disqualify

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant at any stage if found violating rules, providing false information, or engaging in unethical practices.
